"Palest peachy pink. Aromas of berries, a little bit of evergreen and citrus peel. Wonderfully bright cranberry, citrus peel and white-floral flavours have a fantastic salinity to them with excellent acidity and length. Positively mouth-watering and deliciously compelling. I love the balance between herbal and fruit qualities, all seemingly hung in a refreshing crystalline lattice. Astonishingly high quality for the price, if you're lucky enough to get an allocation."
