A perfect everyday drinking wine made from the Piedmont's most famous white variety, Arneis. The sandy soils of the Roero region give elegance and minerality to this wine, while the aromas lean towards exotic fruit, citrus notes, and a slight florality. Crisp and refreshing, this is a delicious Arneis from a master of the variety.
On the nose, intense and elegantly fruity aromas unfold in the glass, reminiscent of peach, apricot, citrus fruit and acacia blossom.
On the palate, this classic Piedmontese white wine is dry, fresh, crisp, full-bodied and smooth.
Drink as an aperitif or pair with white fish, shellfish, risotto, polenta, or white meat.
Bruno Giacosa is considered to be one of Piedmont’s most highly regarded producers, with their wines being some of the most highly sought-after in the world. Sadly the great man passed away in 2018, but since 2011 winemaking has been overseen by his protégé Dante Scaglione alongside Bruno's daughter, Bruna.
This perfect everyday drinking wine from a magnificent vintage is made from Arneis, which means ‘rascal’ in the local dialect. Grown in the sandy soils of the Roero it lives up to its name with its playful and lively charm.
