A Fresh, fruit driven and unoaked Chardonnay. Pale lemon in colour, with delicate citrus blossom on the nose. The palate is smooth and textured, with notes of refreshing honeysuckle, white peach, and subtle apricot, finished with a natural high acidity.
A unique, elegant yet complex wine. Led by notes of honeysuckle and brioche and a gorgeous underling minerality.
Wayfarer is a family run vineyard with just 8 Ha under vine.
The Ashford family have an extremely holistic approach to winemaking, taking care from the very beginning in the vineyard all the way to bottling.
Ready to drink right away and to keep for up to 5 years.
